January Team Training

We love a training! 🧠 This past weekend we did our termly #traumatraining all about change and uncertainty.

Our young people deal with so much unknown, it’s crucial that we understand the depth of their needs, the complexity of the issues that impact their stress responses, and what we can do to support them within the unknown.

A crucial part of providing this high quality duty of care involves intimately understanding our own responses to change and uncertainty, as individuals and as an organisation. It’s deep stuff, and it’s non negotiable when engaging with this community.

It was such a productive training, especially as members of our delivery staff, office staff, and board were all present...starting off the new term all on the same page! 💪 Big thanks to our Head of Organisational Health Becky for running this illuminating day!
